About Me

Color and sparkle have always been my love language, and rainbows have been my signature from the start. Because they mean that something beautiful always comes after the storm.

My Story

I was the oldest of my siblings, which meant I was the one sneaking into my mother's jewelry box, styling everyone's hair, figuring out what it felt like to put something beautiful on and become a slightly different version of yourself. My grandmother used to say that only boring people are bored. I never once was.

That sense of wonder led me to design. Over 25 years ago I came across recycled pop-top handbags made by children in the favelas of Brazil, kids turning what everyone else threw away into something extraordinary. Beauty born from what others overlooked. I've been chasing that feeling ever since.

Losing my mother to cancer in 2021, and then our Malibu home of 28 years to the Palisades fires in 2025, taught me what I could never lose: mommy’s laugh, her smile and energy, the way she found signs everywhere she looked, and our mutual love of colorful jewelry that echos our vibrant souls and energy.

I stopped making jewelry to fill a space. I started making it to hold something that matters.

My Mission

Every piece I make carries what I call TLC, TOVA Loving Care. Not a tagline. A commitment. When you hold one of my pieces, you're holding something made by hands that understand loss and meaning in equal measure.

I make jewelry for women who want what they wear to say something, about who they love, what they've survived, what they're choosing to celebrate. Whether you're marking a milestone, brightening your day with a little (or a LOT) of sparkle, or just putting on something made with a full heart, I want it to feel like it was made for you.
